#The Designer retains the right to use the designs for their own portfolio or promotional purposes, but all intellectual property rights in the designs will be transferred to the Client upon receipt of final payment.
#Either party may terminate this contract if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.
#The Designer agrees to keep the Client's business information and designs confidential. 
#The Designer will not be liable for any infringing use of the designs by the Client.
