- The data content to be managed by MU participants will be compliant with MU's classification scheme of private and public data namespaces.
- The methods, tools, and applications of MU data management practices will be explicitly written in data represented in PKC-based data storage systems.
- Different instances of PKC data containers will co-exist in a public data-exchange infrastructure, such as the Internet, even the Darknet, to enable automated data transaction activities to take place.
