Define W3T3 as a project (add to the scope definition)
- W3T3 is a project owned by PKC and it's the "premiere" project.
- The Output of W3T3 will result in the validation of PKC as an idea into reality.
- W3T3 has a duration of 9 months and has its most important milestone the successful product launch of G20

- PKC V2.0 (add the Decentralized Security Service, and Domain-Specific Data Analytics, time service system, and UX/UI improvements)

- It's not clear why or where is web (1,2,3) applicable on W3T3, it's confusing
- It's also confusing the way it's express like Web 1.0 is referred only as the beginning and static pages, user mostly as a consumer and not as a producer. I don't get the link to time management.
