Externally Owned Account is a type of account in Ethereum that usually refer to an account controlled by an individual or an organization that is authenticated using some cryptographic authentication process.
In the context of PKC, one or more Externally Owned Accounts may participate in multiple Contract Accounts. The initiation of the participated Externally Owned Account registers the Externally Owned Account to be a participant of a Project Account.
