How to define a concept? try to describe. use ? notation to describe it has not been done and ?tag to describe the direction of the concept to evolve. (A language for a learning system (what is good, what to be improved) describe the attributes of the pattern. deciding "is a new concept B related or belong or other relation to the defined concept A? " use automation to help.
