The Universal namespace management scheme provided by Meta University (MU), is a data management scheme similar to Universal Resource Identifier/Universal Resource Locator, which leverage the combinatorial explosive properties of symbol sequence to uniquely address content. The mechanism defined by MU will adopt both content-addressing similar to IPFS, and location-addressing, similar to HTTP.
