Migrating roadmaps.mit.edu to Kubernetes-based Personal Knowledge Container PKC. Added more elaboration.
Notes
This job has many smaller tasks:
- Migrating version 1.17 of Kubernetes to version 1.21.
- Migrating version Version 1.33 of MediaWiki to Version 1.35
- Start using the code base of PKC.
- Employing CI/CD practice in building and maintaining the system.
