Representables are a class of objects that can be related to concrete instances in a domain of data, or namespaces. This notion of representability is well documented in Category Theory[1]. The condition of being representable makes it possible to use computers to process objects being represented. Most importantly, namespaces can be organized and managed by automated tools, such MediaWiki.

Operationalized Representability

To refer information in concrete data forms, there are two possible approaches:

  1. Reference by Location - Regular File System
  2. Reference by Content - Inter-Planetary File Sytem IPFS

The argument of referencing information in these two ways have to do with data storage space and the uniqueness of data content. This argument was argued by the inventor of IPFS.
