  1. The data content to be managed by MU participants will be compliant with MU's classification scheme of private and public data namespaces.
  2. The methods, tools, and applications of MU data management practices will be explicitly written in data represented in PKC-based data storage systems.
  3. Different instances of PKC data containers will co-exist in a public data-exchange infrastructure, such as the Internet, even the Darknet, to enable automated data transaction activities to take place.
