To set up a new domain name for your PKC, one needs to set up the Domain Name Service(DNS) in a DNS provider's website.

One can find some commercial entities[1] to offer these registration services.

An example procedure

For example, if you use Google Domains, this would be the steps to follow:

  1. Search for an adequate domain using the text field.
  2. Once identified a domain name of interest, please finish the purchasing procedure, to obtain the ability to assign DNS address.
  3. Go to the management console of your data center, for example, Amazon Web Service, then, create an instance of a networked computer.
  4. Identify the computer's public IP address.
