Historical Background
This Metaverse-oriented Digital Transformation initiative was originally proposed to Pak Luhut and later President Jokowi to help Indonesia adopt the late-breaking data security infrastructure. Pak Luhut originally proposed to use the term: e-Catalog, which reflects the notion of electronic catalog. Prof. Jia Jingyuan of Tongji University proposed to change this term of mCatalog, which directly relates this project to Metaverse.
