Success Criteria The design deliverables must fall into the specified time-bound and satisfy the input and output requirements as specified in the concrete implementation details.

Scope of Work

The Designer will be responsible to design and illustrate graphics and diagrams in The Booklet then make brand guidelines for future use for the Client.

Terms

This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written (the “Effective Date”) and continue in effect until terminated.

Payment Terms

The Client will pay the Designer a total of $3000, with a deposit of $300 due upon signing of this contract and the balance due upon completion of the project.

Deliverables

The design deliverables must fall into the specified time-bound and satisfy the input and output requirements as specified in the concrete implementation details.
