Matomo.js maybe blocked by google Chrome browser, cause the visitation data of Chrome browser not to be traceable. Some reference material have been found here:

1. ClientScript.RegisterClientScriptBlock is blocked from opening a new page.
2. Change your default pop-ups & redirects settings
