Meta University/Criteria

1. The data content to be managed by MU participants will be compliant with MU's classification scheme of private and public data namespaces.
2. The methods, tools, and applications of MU data management practices will be explicitly written in data represented in PKC-based data storage systems.
3. Different instances of PKC data containers will co-exist in public data-exchange environments, so that publication of knowledge content may be conducted by automated data transaction activities.
