Meta University/Criteria

1. Organizations and individuals that contribute to MU-based learning activities will be compliant with a universal namespace management practice.
2. The methods, tools, and applications of MU data management practices will be explicitly written in data represented in PKC-based data storage systems.
3. Different instances of PKC data containers will co-exist in public data-exchange environments, so that publication of knowledge content may be conducted by automated data transaction activities.
