To better serve Indonesia's goods procurement activities, the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investments Affairs and LKPP spearheaded a pilot project to utilize Web3 technologies to publish product catalog data services online. The main feature of this web-base data service is to technically guarantee the business processes are transparent and non-corruptible. Knowing that the data content of product catalogs and relevant governing processes must evolve over time, therefore, creating a meta Catalog that can keep all stakeholders accountable for their contributed data changes, while allowing software engineering and network data operators to adjust technical features without accidentally corrupting, or blocking data or policy transparency in technology jargons, a new kind of knowledge management infrastructure, such as Project Knowledge Container, must be operated along side of the above-mentioned catalog data serving applications. To guarantee data and policy transparency, the notion of single source of truth(SSOT) can leverage technical features in blockchain and relevant Smart Contract technologies.
