Project Description

Design a book cover for a publication on the Science of Governance, initiated by the Indonesian Government Cover should convey the following themes:

• Self-sovereign data (Reference: "Personal Knowledge Container")
• Decentralized governance principles (Reference: "Decentralized governance")
• Real-time and blockchain data (Reference: "Real-time data" and "Blockchain technology")
• Use of machine learning and data technologies in modern governance (Reference: "Machine learning" and "Data technology")
• Indonesia's vast geographic distribution across multiple islands (Reference: "Indonesia")

Client is open to creative interpretation, but would like to see a few design options to choose from

Format: PDF, high resolution JPEG (2400+ dpi)

Guidelines:

1. Design should be original and not infringe on any existing copyrights
2. Design should utilize Personal Knowledge Containers and decentralized governance principles as visual themes
3. Design should convey the use of real-time and blockchain data in modern governance
4. Design should highlight Indonesia's geographic distribution across multiple islands
5. Design should incorporate themes of machine learning and data technologies in modern governance
6. Design should include the book title and any relevant branding or logos

Terms

The Agreement shall commence on the “Effective Date” and continue in effect until terminated.

Payment Terms

The Client will pay the Designer a total of $3000, with a deposit of $300 due upon signing of this contract and the balance due upon completion of the project.

Deliverables

The deliverables will include high-resolution versions of the graphics and illustrations in various file formats, as well as a newer version of The Booklet.

Intellectual property

The Designer retains the right to use the designs for their own portfolio or promotional purposes, but all intellectual property rights in the designs will be transferred to the Client upon receipt of final payment.

Termination

Either party may terminate this contract if the other party breaches the terms of the agreement.

Confidentiality

The Designer agrees to keep the Client's business information and designs confidential.

Indemnification

The Designer will not be liable for any infringing use of the designs by the Client.
