The Universal namespace management scheme provided by Meta University (MU), is a data management scheme similar to the Universal Resource Locator, that uses the combinatorial explosive properties of symbol sequence to uniquely address content. The mechanism defined by MU will adopt both Content addressing similar to IPFS, and location address, similar to HTTP.
