Meta University/Criteria

1. Organizations and individuals that contribute to MU-based learning activities must be compliant with a universal namespace management practice defined by MU.
2. MU-related knowledge content should be explicitly labeled by a common time-stamping system that defines the partial ordering sequences of data updates across all MU data sets.
3. The degree of MU success will be continuously measured by the amount of published knowledge content that reached consensus defined by MU specified consensus rules.
