Learning capacity

Absorptive capacity(Q4669907) or Learning capacity, is the ability of a firm to recognize the value of new information, assimilate it, and apply it to commercial ends. In MU context, learning capacity also applies to personal, even instrumental/mechanical learning behavior, which may or may not have any commercial values.

Capacity of Learning (as a grade) or CpL

CpL is a total score value for measuring human capacity in a similar way as the IQ specially created for MU. Instead of a "full of flaws" test such as IQ, CpL uses time to correct the accuracy of intelligence and by a progressive method. Before measuring what a human brain can be or do at the time of a test, it challenges the capacity of the individual to adapt and improve through several different and unique experiences to become better. Therefore, each individual that complete the experiences faster than others and with the same quality means that has a better capacity to learn, adapt and provide actual value in a job, challenge, research or even diplomatic discussion.

CpL corrects the current intelligence measuring systems because it has an extra variable which is essential to life.

' How do we calculate CpL?

1. $CpL$ is calculated through a dynamic variable called experience ($Xp$) divided by time($t$).
2. Experience (or $Xp(t)$) is a dynamic variable, meaning that it is a variable that changes over time. In other words, the amount of experience of learning will change over time, and the experience value will be labeled by MU process of learning. For example, imagine a subject to learn about Javascript in class. This subject according to a level of complexity as a final value just like a grade in school.
3. Time (denoted $t$ as earlier) is a unit usually expressed in days, so if we want to apply 1h the result is 0,0416(6)
4. Each time the participant runs a challenge, so it starts the experience process and so it starts the clock. At the end of all themes, subjects or fields that are labeled to Experience, their values are divided by the total of time spent on the process.
5. It doesn't matter if the participant do better or worst in the experience challenge process, because the closure of package of that work can be only considered when it's completed. After that, the value of the grade is totally dependent on time. This process is fundamental to life, since currently in all schools students sometimes do not learn until the end of the process because they didn't have time to complete it. Time here is irrelevant on the process of learning, instead, it measures only the real capacity of the student learn comparing the others, making sure the student learns.
6. Additionally, out of university borders, to other areas such as a common package of work to a company, this metric is still valid and will put on test for life the participants making sure that each adaptation can be improved and not limited to a simple exam or quiz test.
