Implement PKC technology for Ideation purpose.

- Ideation purpose:

   - Users can record, organize, expand, process, deploy ideas in the system.
   - Users are connected through a social network and could collectively practice ideation.
   - The process is viewed as project and managed based on the PM theory.
       - Agile

- Metrics and success criteria:

   - The structure of ideas could agilely improve and adapt to the social system.
   - Intellectual processes like problem solving, knowledge building, is conducted better in the system.
