A language to model different resources by their attributes.

Different resources are often processed differently. We can assign fixed category to all kinds of resources by now. For example, for a video type resource, we can create a template which embed the video from source. However, when the resource begins to be characterized in a lower granularity, say content, the interaction with these resource are uncertain.
