Content Creator

Content Creator are participants who are willing and capable of writing MediaWiki content entries through their web-browsers. They need to have access to their Github account, so that they can log-on to HDX's https://xlp.pub MediaWiki website.

This crowd needs to have the following skill set:

1. Basic knowledge of writing a well-formatted document.
2. Spend 30 minutes to become familiar with MediaWiki's Markdown syntax.
3. Accumulate experience in manipulating and sharing data using public and private(PKC) ICT tools.
