| Aris Winarna Project Leader | My name is Aris Winarna and I am a Government Employee at Ministry of Education-Culture-Research-Technology Republic of Indonesia located at Jakarta City. I am a Special Staff of Director for Resources of Directorate General for Higher Education. My area of work are servicing human resource’s competence, qualification and infrastructures for higher education. I enjoy using my skills and experiences to contribute in the quality increasing of higher education in Indonesia. I graduated from the Yogyakarta State University and School of Economic SBI with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Accountancy . | Anang Latif Knowledge Container Division | Anang Latif is the CEO of Telecommunication and Informatics Accessibility Agency or Badan Aksesibilitas Telekomunikasi dan Informatika (BAKTI) under Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) since 2016. He has been serving the country as a civil servant in the ministry for more than 20 years. Today, he is one of the key people behind the completion of nationwide telecommunication infrastructure projects. He presides over BAKTI as an executing agency to provide 4G mobile service in Indonesia’s remote area of around 9.113 villages. He aspires to close the digital divide by implementing policies for affordable internet service and accessible digital technology. | Florence Francis Data Support & Report Division | Dr Florence Francis graduated with an MSc in Medical Microbiology (2002) from the University of Surrey, UK and a BSc in Cell and Molecular Biology from the National University of Singapore (1999). Her passion for science led her to the Science Centre in 2003, where she embarked on her career in Science Communication as a Senior Scientific Officer in the Education Division. From 2003 to 2009, she undertook various responsibilities including the management of the DNA Learning Laboratory that engages students of all ages in various aspects of life sciences and developed outreach programmes for schools and the public. Florence undertook her doctorate with the National Institute of Education and graduated in 2015 with a PhD in Consumer Science and Science Communication. Florence progressed to the role of Senior Manager in the Corporate Office in 2015, where she managed the annual strategic workplan cycle, facilitated international visits to the Centre and conducted learning journeys for external visitors. In 2018, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Organisational Excellence overseeing the development of initiatives to support the organisation’s growth and drive performance. Currently as the Assistant Director of Strategy and Innovation (Chief Executive Office), she manages the Centre’s strategic development and best practices to enhance quality assurance and innovation. Florence is currently the Assistant Secretary of the Science Centre Board and a key member of the New Science Centre Development Secretariat (Singapore). She is also the Project Manager of the Sarawak Masterplanning Consultancy project for the development of a new Science Centre in Sarawak, Kuching (Malaysia). Florence is a certified trainer, having attained the Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment in 2016. She was also awarded the Excellent Service Awards (Silver in 2008 & Gold in 2010) by the Association of Singapore Attractions and SPRING Singapore and the Public Service Award, Commendation Medal at the 2016 National Day Awards |
