Extensible functionalities

Not only we will make the functionalities of PKC programmable and configurable by users, we will also provide a Hyperlink-based programming model to ease the developmental efforts of user-defined functionalities. Specifically, we will include category theoretic notion of compositionally for the functions and modules involved in the development.
