When using a device that uses 'geolocation data,' Children's privacy rights are continually violated because their location can be found at all times, leading to increased abductions, physical/mental abuse, sexual abuse, and trafficking. Their agency is alse lessened as they do not have the choice of sharing their location, it's done automatically.
|
- Geolocation services must be "off" by default
- Child must know that their location is being tracked
- Revert settings so that Child's location is turned "off" after each voluntary use of geolocation data
|
- Trustworthy log, operational data, and statistical data to prove that the system and user (children) does not receiving nor giving inapropriate data or information
