LKPP e-Katalog/Context
To demonstrate that data sovereignty is becoming not only necessary but strategically valuable for modern citizens, presenting publicly available products and services in a convenient, yet programmable manner would be one of the first step to show its political and social implications. To show that many of these functionalities can be reused across many governmental and even personal data management projects, Personal Knowledge Container/PKC is used to build a Proof of Concept application to show the versatility of Low Code/No Code development platforms. More importantly, we will demonstrate that a significant amount of data security and governmental functions can be conducted using Smart Contracts and decentralized storage systems. More over, even if new code must be developed, using natural languages and human spoken text instructions can now be automatically transcribed and tested by a published code base shared by the Open Source community.
