Constitution(Q7755) is a written document that defines a set of inter-related rules that governs the behavior of the institution that subscribe to this document. The specific set of behavior usually contains the following three areas:

  1. Who are eligible to participate in the institution.
  2. The rights and responsibilities of the participants of the institution.
  3. The rules related to when and how collective decisions in this institution can be reached.
  4. The rules to determine when certain members of this institution must be expelled or stopped from practicing one's rights and responsibilities.
  5. When and how this institution needs to be dissolved or re-established.
