Given the power of Hyperlinked data infrastructure, learning processes must be continuously extended to utilize opportunities presented to users in their respective spatial/temporal contexts.

The notion of user in PKC should be explicitly defined using a cryptographically guaranteed identity, and users' access rights to data should be defined explicitly within the usage framework of PKC.

The notion of spatial/temporal contexts should also be explicitly denoted using a publically agreeable namespace that denotes spatial and temporal locations or regions.
