Site Reliability Engineering(Q56351687), also known as SRE, is a discipline that incorporates aspects of software engineering and applies them to infrastructure and operations problems.
Google provides a website to explicilty talk about SRE. The three books[1][2][3] listed are all downloadable or viewable online. Please also see What is the difference between SLA, SLO, and SLI[4].
