This video talks about the physical meaning of data in a quantum mechanical sense. He considers Quantum Mechanics and gravity are the two sides of the same coin. He also mentioned AdS/CFT correspondence.

On the quantum side of this coin: By 42'31" of this video, he stated the following:

The quantum side of it... It is a computer science concept, it is called the growth of complexity...

On the gravitational side of this coin:

The gravity side of it... is about information scrambling,..., accounts for the falling of the apple, ..., information scrambling from black hole led to a bound, a fundamental bound on how fast information can spread...
